COMPANY BACKGROUND

Alpha Security, Inc., was incorporated in May 1985. Upon its incorporation, the primary objective of Alpha Security, Inc., was to provide security services to Beretta U.S.A. Corporation. Beretta is the prime contractor for manufacturing firearms for the U.S. military, as well as a producer of civilian firearms. Therefore, it was essential for Alpha Security, Inc., to be able to provide a high level of security for the facility.

In January 1995, the company was restructured.
Still in an ownership role is Mr. Robert Bonaventure,
and joining him is his wife, Mrs. Yukiko Bonaventure.
Mr. Bonaventure, the President of the company, is responsible for overall management of the company.
Mr. Bonaventure is active in marketing and technical operations. Together they set the long-range goals and plans for the company’s growth.

Joining the management team in January 1995 was Mr. Mike O’Neal, a thirty five-year veteran in the security field. Serving as the Vice President and General Manager, Mr. O'Neal directly supervises the day-to-day operations of the office, sales, and field security officers.
